Your Visit

What to expect

What happens at my first appointment?

Your first visit is mostly about getting to know you and your oral health — not drilling anything. We'll take X-rays, do a thorough exam, review your health history, and talk through any concerns you have. There's no pressure to commit to anything that day.

How long will my first appointment take?

Plan for about 60–90 minutes. We intentionally build in extra time for new patients so we're never rushed. This is your time to ask questions and get comfortable with our team.

How often should I go to the dentist?

Most people benefit from a check-up and cleaning every six months. If you have gum disease, a history of cavities, or are returning after a long gap, we may recommend more frequent visits initially to get things back on track.

Is it safe to go to the dentist while pregnant?

Yes — and it's especially important during pregnancy. Hormonal changes can affect your gums, and untreated gum disease has been linked to preterm birth. The second trimester is generally the most comfortable window for routine care. Always let us know you're pregnant when you book.

What if I need to cancel or I'm running late?

Life happens. We just ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer your slot to someone else. We will never make you feel bad for rescheduling, and there's no judgment if you're a few minutes behind.

Cost & Insurance

Pricing transparency

How much does a dental visit cost?

Costs vary by the type of visit and treatment needed. A routine exam and cleaning is typically the most affordable entry point. We're transparent about pricing upfront and will always walk you through expected costs before starting any treatment — no surprises.

Can I get a treatment plan with costs before committing to anything?

Yes, always. We never proceed with treatment without walking you through your options and their costs first. You'll leave your first visit with a clear picture of what we recommend, why, and what it will cost — and then you decide.

Do you accept dental insurance?

We work with most major insurance plans. Our team will verify your benefits before your appointment and explain exactly what's covered — in plain language — so there are no billing surprises after the fact.

What if I don't have insurance?

We have options for uninsured patients, including an in-house membership plan that covers preventive care at a flat annual rate, and flexible payment arrangements. Dental care shouldn't be out of reach — ask our front desk about current options when you call.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We partner with financing options like CareCredit so you can spread out the cost of larger treatments over time. We'll help you understand your options and find what works best for your budget.
